• Brake drum skimming - Surface imperfections removed for 100% lining contact. Prolonged service life of the brake drum and linings. Improving braking efficiency and effort.
• Brake lining resurfacing - Surface contamination and irregularities removed for 100% lining contact. Prolonged service life of the brake linings and drum. Improve braking efficiency and effort.
• Rolling road - Check braking efficiency and effort on each road wheel. Identifies brake binding or incorrect adjustment. Highlights any brake imbalance between wheels. Axle weighing facility – up to 20t per axle. Full electronic print out of results.
• Line boring - Any hole from 60mm to 120mm. On site repair or in our workshop. Coded welder. On machine repairs if possible.
• Crane testing and inspections - Thorough examinations and testing on cranes up to 1000t capacity to comply with current legislation. Six monthly man riding inspections to comply with current legislation.
• One stop shop accident repair facility - In house state-of-the art paint shop. In house welding and fabrication shop. Liebherr trained engineers. UK parts warehouse on site.Testing facilities to test the repaired machine.
• Bucket refurbishments - Comprehensive bucket refurbishments/repairs carried out by Liebherr coded welders. Teeth and socket replacements. Motherboards replaced. Wear strip replacements. Line boring. Replace heel plates. Replace side cutters. Bucket floor and side replacements. Spill guards manufacturing. Hydraulic repairs to rams (4 in 1 or hi-tip). Any make of bucket or attachment work undertaken.
• Tackle boxes - Crane storage boxes made to suit any crane and its requirements. Stowage for out rigger pads, slings, shackles, timbers. Manufactured to assist the driver handle the above items with safety in mind. Painted to colour match your crane. Fitted with its own lighting system, enabling travel with the tackle box on or off. Fitted using four quick release lynch pins.
